Coaching provides an avenue for sustained personal and professional development through engaged conversations, active inquiry, and recognition of the leader’s impact on teams, organizational culture, and business goals. Coaching reveals often overlooked obstacles and impediments to team cohesion, engagement, and growth allowing for the identification of innovative solutions while team coaching helps align team members' goals with those of the organization while facilitating opportunities for greater contributions and increased satisfaction.
